What are the opening hours of Stella Nova carpark?
Stella Nova carpark can be accessed by permit holders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
What is the code to the entrance gate?
Entry and exit instructions will be emailed to the email address that was registered at the time of purchasing a permit.
Are there height restrictions for the carpark?
Yes, your vehicle must be under 2 meters in height. Coaches, lorries, heavy goods vehicles (HGVs), caravans, caravanettes, mobile homes and vehicles exceeding the maximum height limit of 2 metres are strictly prohibited from the Car Park. Any Permits erroneously issued in respect of such vehicles shall be automatically void and no refunds shall be issued.

How do I purchase a permit?

How long does my permit last?
When purchasing your permit, you can choose when you would like your permit to start and when you would like it to end. Use the date picker to select the dates you require a permit for. You will be sent a reminder email with a renewal link before your permit is due to expire.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major debit and credit card shadows. All payments are processed by Stripe.
What if my payment is declined?
If your payment is declined and you have no other methods of payment available you must leave the carpark immediately. If you do not have a valid permit to use the carpark, you will be issued a PCN. It is your responsibility to ensure you have a valid permit when parking in the Stella Nova carpark.
How long do I have to purchase a permit after arriving in the carpark?
You have 15 minutes to purchase a permit after you’ve entered the carpark.
What if I change my vehicle?
If you have a valid permit that has not yet started, you can update your vehicles registration by going to the Cancel/Amend section of the website. If you have a valid permit for your current vehicle and your permit has started, you must remove the vehicle from carpark, then cancel your permit. You can then apply for a refund for any remaining time (where there is more than 24 hours remaining) on your permit. Please note your request is subject to our approval. You must then purchase a new permit for your new vehicle. It is your responsibility to ensure you have a valid permit when parking in the Stella Nova carpark.
What happens if my car breaks down in the carpark?
If your permit is due to expire and you’re unable to remove the vehicle from the carpark, you must purchase a new permit to cover any extra time that your vehicle will remain in the carpark. It is your responsibility to ensure you have a valid permit when parking in the Stella Nova carpark. You must make your own arrangements to have the vehicle removed from the carpark. Any vehicles entering the carpark to rescue your vehicle, must also have a valid permit.
How do I get a refund?
If you no longer require a permit that you have purchased for the Stella Nova carpark, you can request a refund. Please note your request is subject to our approval. To do this please visit our Cancel a Permit page.
How long does it take to get a refund?
If your request for a refund is approved by us, we will then process your refund to the card shadow in which your payment was made. Refunds take 5 to 10 days to appear on your statement.
